Vessel Brand, a new vape company that has hit the ground running, has released a new 510 vape battery that has really opened our eyes as to what a vape battery should be. It's easy to use, it's encased in a durable aluminum shell, and it has a few different temperature settings to fiddle with to find that perfect vapor production. What follows is our complete review of the new Vessel vape pen.
The Vapor - What Else Matters?
There's one factor that every vape buyer is interested in and that's the vapor quality. The quality of the vapor relies largely on the quality of what's being vaped, which in this case is oil, but it also relies in part on the hardware itself. If you plug a tasty oil cartridge in, you're going to like what you're puffing on. When the vapor comes out on the lowest temperature setting, it's smooth, flavorful, and light. Jump up a notch on the temperature settings and you're in the middle of the three temperatures offered, which produces a noticeably thicker vapor that doesn't taste quite as good, but offers increased potency with each draw. The final setting, the high temperature option, is a blast to the face of thick, potent vapor.
Is it good? Yes, the vapor is good. Scratch that, it's excellent.
A Rugged Vape, Perfect For Vaping Outdoors
The only thing that would make these new vape pen batteries truly perfect for vaping outdoors is if they were completely waterproof. They're not, but they're still great for outdoor use. The reason they're a somewhat ideal choice for the outdoorsy types is their rugged exterior, protected connection, and slip-resistant grip. Combine these three factors and you've got one tough vape that's nearly perfect for bringing with you on a hike, snowboarding, mountain biking, or whatever it is you're into. Just about the only place you might not want to bring it is on the water. Then again, toss it in a waterproof container and you can do that too. For those that love the outdoors and love to vape oil, this is a vaporizer pen that can't be overlooked.
The Protected Connection
The part of the vape battery that connects to your oil cartridge needs to be protected. When this area gets damaged, the battery can be ruined, making it useless. Vessel Brand did something we've never seen before: they designed this area with added protection. There's a piece that slips on around this area, screws on really, and it adds a layer of defense to this area. This adds to the vape's toughness and comes as a welcomed feature as far as we're concerned.
Next Level Recharging
Vessel's new batteries charge fast and they do so in a fashion that's free of annoyance. When you go to recharge one of their new vape batteries, you don't unscrew the cartridge first, you just attach the charger to the opposite end and it snaps right on with magnetic force. As far as the charging aspect is concerned, Vessels are on point - there's no easier to charge vape pen battery on the market, at least not that we've seen or used.
One of the best aspects of buying a Vessel vape is the choices that are offered. They may all perform the same, but they don't all look the same. Beyond this, it's worth mentioning that they're not all technically the same, as some of them have the slip-resistant grip and others do not. We suggest going with the no-slip grip because that's what's good.
Worth The Money?
Yes, the Vessel vapes are worth buying. They're quality and quality is something that can be hard to find with all of the cheap vape pens that have hit the market. If it's quality you're after, then you know what to get: a Vessel vape battery. They're long-lasting, really simple to use, very tough, and not all that expensive given how well made they are and how well they work.
