What Currency Are the Prices Displayed In?
All prices on the VapeStraight website are shown in USD. Explore our diverse range of CBD vaporizers and cannabis vape pens, all priced to give you the best value.

When Will I Get My Order?
Each of our vaporizers is made to order. At the moment, production time is around 4-7 working days. For shipping, expect to wait around 15-21 days. This can change based on your location and the warehouse we send your parcel from.

How Do I Track My Order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number 3-5 days after we send out your items. If you're still waiting on a tracking number after 7 days, email us at contact@vapestraight.com.

Can I Return My Order?
You can get a full refund when your item is returned within 30 days of the purchase. When sending back your item, you'll need to pay for return shipping and send the parcel back with your name and order number.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped.

What If I Entered an Incorrect Address?
Put in the wrong address? Reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with the right one. Sorry, but we can't refund wrong addresses after 24 hours.
